Herblore is the ancient druidic skill that allows you to mix together potions of great strength to aid you in whatever you're doing,you can use your rs gold exchange herblore,and be it requiring that extra extent of skill to craft something, or a boost of fighting prowess to make you that much more dangerous on the battlefield. Whichever option, potions are a vital part of the game, and no adventurer should be without at least one or two in their bank at any time.
To get a head start in the art of Herblore, you can help out the druids in their attempt to cleanse the altar of balance south of Varrock, in the quest Druidic Ritual. Upon completion, you will gain enough exp to instantly boost you to level 3, giving you a kick start in the skill. You will also be offered a tutorial in Herblore by the head druid.
There are a number of ways of obtaining herbs for use in your potions:
Farming - At level 9, you can begin growing herbs in your own Farming Patch.Monster and NPC Drops - Herbs can be dropped by many of the monsters and NPCs you'll come across in RuneScape. Men, Women, Druids, Skeletons, and Giants are just a few that can drop herbs.Trading Other Players - Of course, you can also buy herbs or Runescape Gold from other players in the game.When you grow your own herbs, or pick them up from monster loot, they will be labeled as a "Grimy" herb. Before being able to use it in a potion you'll need to clean it by right-clicking on the herb and selecting the "Clean" option. See the Herb section below for more information.
